We offer a variety of diversified techniques including manual, instrument assisted and drop adjusting, soft tissue modalities and rehabilitation with mindfulness/breathing instruction.

Benefits of this treatment may include commonly reported benefits of chiropractic care including: enhanced mobility, postural correction, reduced pain, improved sleep quality, improved energy and cognition.

“I always knew I wanted to take CARE of people.” Being a self-described right brainer, Dr. P. ditched his childhood hopes of studying the cosmos and leaned-in hard on his gut instinct: study the sciences to learn the body and care for people- that mantra was the driving force in his undergraduate education. Enter chiropractic after one life-changing car accident which crushed two vertebrae in his neck. Karma is a funny thing. Who would ever imagine that a terrifying neck injury might profoundly improve someone’s life?!

The wheels of destiny were set-in-motion. In 2009, Dr. Peter Polski graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. After years of practice in his native Minnesota, the time was right for the next step in the dream quest. Finally in 2019 Dr. P. began the process of planting roots where his heart belongs, and began the move of his practice to his heart’s-home: Honolulu. Since then, he’s lived and worked across O’ahu as a lead-up to finally landing home- in the heart of Honolulu. With immense gratitude to all the humans and forces, Dr. Polski is thrilled to offer personalized care in a truly unique healing space located on Preservation Rainforest aina of Kalihi Valley.

Highly regarded by patients and colleagues for his innovative and stylized approach to tonal chiropractic care, Dr Polski brings a passion for wellness and a zest for life that’s nothing short of contagious. With advanced trainings in yoga therapy and soft tissue techniques, Dr. Polski is a well-rounded asset to the people he’s so blessed to serve. He enjoys working on a whole-human scale with emphasis on balance in all facets of the human condition. From headaches to neuropathy; plantar fasciitis to jaw pain, Dr. Polski listens, advises, and makes your health his priority.
